My Orders says "Pending", but not sure order went through...

I tried placing my order for the V Collection 4, but the session expired or the page got closed before I could complete my payment. The status for the order says "Pending", but I'm pretty sure the order was never successfully placed. I'm a bit flummoxed as I want to get the $199 price before the 1/10/15 special ends and nobody is responding to the email I sent for sales support...what is the normal wait time for somebody to respond to a sales-inquiry email? Thanks.

Usually sales are responding on the same day, if there is a lack, this coulb be related to the holidays.
