Minibrute SE - Out of tune!!! HELP

Hello all,

I recently purchased a Microbrute SE and have noticed that its out of tune. When I play A4 its comes through about 430Hz so I end up moving the fine tune knob to about the 1 o clock position. However when I go down the octaves its starts to drift again by about 2Hz?

Is this normal? Didn't expect it to by out by so much?
