Clips not saving in Ableton Media file not found

Guys i recently changed laptops and I having a crazy time with dragging audio clips into ableton. It lets me and sounds great until I save it and reopen the set and it cannot find the clip. I can record clips all day long with no problem but only the spark drag and drop is killing me. Please help.

Try to save it with "collect all and save" or "save a copy".

thanks but still not saving the clips. I reinstalled ableton from scratch, which got rid of some other problems but this is still killing me its says the files are in some sort of users\libary\caches\spark folder and even after using the make library visible command the files are gone after closing ableton.
