ASC - Win10 calls it incompatible

I'm running Win10 x64. ASC seems to install OK, but immediately fails when I try to run it. When I ran the Windows troubleshooter on it, all it said was "incompatible program." Isn't ASC compatible with Win10? Did I waste my money on Matrix-12?

Come on, my friends. Win10 has been out for 6 weeks. It's been out in stable pre-RTM form for many months. I have spent good money on Matrix-12 V, and would really like to be able to install it. How about Win10 compatibility for ASC?

We haven't tested our softwares in Win10 as a new OS..

I believe this a compatibility issue with Win10 as new OS, we will fix it in our next updates which will be released soon.

I received this a few weeks ago. We haven't tested? Sorry for the temporary inconvenience? Well, it's more than inconvenient now. There were a couple of other synths that I wanted, but I can't use the one I've bought, so had to pass on the others.

Where's your business sense??

Sorry for the delay...
On our side we have been testing W10 with the ASC and with our Vcollection.
There's no problem for us with windows 10.

I'll try to understand what might be the problem in your case.

- Did you install W10 on a previous version version of Windows ? If yes what version ?
- Did you try this ? :
