there seem to be a bunch of Matrix 12 + Xpander videos that are quite interesting.

It should be mentioned that the matrix-12V plugin could use 2 x 20 = 40 mod matrix slots while the real synth had "only" 20.

IMO the interfacre of the plugin is also much more simple to use and you have a beter overview of the parameters there.
