Issue using Beatstep and Minilab at the same time FL Studio

Good morning everyone, I am having a little issue with my  Beatstep. I have owned my Minilab for a year already and I just got this Beatstep on Black Friday. However, although I installed already the  Beatstep's firmware and everything, I can't use both controllers at  the same time with my FL Studio. Does someone have the solution for  this?

P.S.: The Minilab is the only one that works when both are connected to the PC.

not want to spam your post but since you use fruity, and arturia doesnt help much maybe you could..
can you control all the settings with the knobs, once your using it in VST mode?
i dont mean assigning some automation to them, but simply using to change the presets
