Hi feilertsen,

I've been testing your issue. I'm unable to reproduce it.
Do you have this crash each time ?
Are you running Logic 9 in 32bits mode ?
.......testing.......

Running in 64-bit mode.
I was able to replicate in a new project.

-New project.
-Load jupiter8v and arpeggiofriendly sound
-before setting up arpeggiator, record a chord and hold
-set arpeggio to up/down, ext sync, 16th note
(might already crash when playing here)
-duplicate track and copy region from track 1 to track 2
(might crash when playing here)
-save and close
-open project again
-play
(crashes here everytime..)

I have now tried completely removing the plugin and reinstalled it.
Logic still crashes when using the arpeggiator.

I am still having this problem. I have tried lowering the buffer to 1024. No change. Even muting the tracks with the
jupiter arpeggios doesn't iix the problem.
Also tried creating a new project. Added the jupiter AU, turned on the arpeggiator. Press some keys on the keyboard. Crash..

Any help?

Hi!
Sorry for the late reply.. Just saw your post today. Thought I was the only one having this problem!
Anyway, I found a (temporary) fix. This problem seems to have appeared in the latest version of the Jupiter (2.7.0.76).
Luckily the previous version is still available for download!

First uninstall the jupiter8 completely following this method:
https://www.arturia.com/faq/installation/uninstall-remove-a-software

Then download version 2.6.3.777 from here:
http://downloads.arturia.com/products/jupiter8-v/soft/Jupiter-8_V2_2_6_3_777.pkg

This worked for me at least..

The support team promised me that an update was in the works, but when it was finally released today, it seems that I
have to pay €99 to get the update.  ::)
