Arturia Controller Repair

Hi,

I have used the Laboratory Controller and V Collection software for a couple of years now with no issues and love them both. However, while on a keyboard stand, my Arturia controller was knocked over and the USB input has broken.

I have tried powering up the unit to use it with MIDI out but the unit will no longer power on. I need to know where/how to get it repaired.

Hey Arturia (Antoine?) / Aurturia user base--

I really need to get this controller repaired. I am willing to ship to have it repaired.

Does anyone know of a place that is a certified Aurturia repair center etc.?

Have you created a support ticket?
How far out of warranty is it? As inn are you comfortable taking the back off?

Antoine has long left Arturia, perhaps one of the guys will get in contact via this thread.
