AutoTest Failed

Hi, Just took Spark out the box, software appears to work fine, as does the v collection 2 I got free with it.

BUT...

I'm having no joy with the controller, I get an error message on the pannel on the hardware...

I'm on a 2012 Macbook Pro 13" 2.8ghz duo core processor 4GB Ram & powering it through USB.

Anyone had similar issues or know what I should do?

This is a hardware problem.
You have to get back to your dealer and ask for a replacement unit.

In my experience, the Autotest failed screen can pop up if there is power requirements that are nto met...
