Jupiter 8V - disappearing

I've seen really old posts but haven't seen a fix. I've just purchased the Jupiter 8V and after a few minutes of use, the notes start to disappear until finally, no sound. Has anyone been offered a fix for this? Thanks. D

i have this problem - as well (running MBP on OS X 10.9.3)
- the temporary workaround seems to be close Jupiter 8v
and reopen...
...btw it doesn't appear to be a CPU issue - [is it some
sort of cache issue?]

We are really sorry for this bug. It seems to appear time to time.
An update is coming shortly to fix this issue.
