Spark 2.0.1 crashes with Pro Tools 10.3.9 on Mac OSX 10.8.x

Hi,

After updating my Spark software to 2.0.1, plugin crashes on Pro Tools 10.3.9 running on Mac OSX 10.8. It crashes after i try to change bank on plugin. It crashes pro Tools completly. Second problem is that when plugin is opened on DAW, connexion with Spark Controler, doesn't work. Standalone mode works well.

Has one any issue?

Hi joneone,

Did you have previous installed version of Spark ? Did it works with a previous one ?
When you open Spark in ProTools please check that you are running latest build => Build 400 (click on SPARK 2)
Could you please send the crash at this address sparkbetatest_@_arturia.com (remove the _ !!)

If your controller is not working when you are in ProTools you should configure your MIDI Input in Protools :

Thanks for quick answer! In fact i was running two Spark versions (1.7 rtas & 2.0 aax). I follow this post:

After uninstalling spark and reinstalling it, all works fine. I have also unchecked the private in midi port and connexion is ok!
