red bar on every iPad screen

After launching iMini I have a red bar on top of every screen of my iPad. Even closing iMini does not help (I have attached a screenshot)  ???
I must shut down and restart the iPad to get rid of it.
Has anyone any idea?

I get the same red Bar that say REGISTER "enregistrement" on the top of my iPad Air Screen.

The only way return to normal is to close iMini from the Multitask screen (that you get using four finger on the touch screen)

I've not this issue with iSEM

An red top bar says that i Have to register imini.
I did it several times but the red bar is always on the top.

Begin to suck...
