Firmware issue on MIDI Control Centre
« on: October 02, 2013, 01:05:49 am »
Hi I have attached a couple photos of the issue I am currently having with the minicab MIDI control centre.

It intermittently does not recognise that there is a keyboard attached at all. I have tried to use two different USB cables as well as restarting my iMac. Neither has made any headway.

On two occasions it has recognised the keyboard, but with version 2.0.0.0 of the firmware. I have tried about a dozen times to update the firmware as described in the Arturia help sections but it stubbornly refuses to move past 0%.

The minilab does appear to be working correctly with analog lab and also as a MIDI controller for Garageband '11 but for some reason the MCC is just not playing ball at all.

Can anyone help me please? After spending hours looking at all the different posts on here I'm still not really any closer to solving this issue but am a lot closer to worrying about whether I've made a bad decision by buying from Arturia!

Hope someone can shed some light on this with me.

Many thanks
Really, REALLY, new to this...

Just got mine today.  Same issue as noted here:  Works great in Analog Lab 1.04 (pulling down 1.05 now), but yeah, no love for the board from the MCC.
