Selling v collection 3 , transfer licence

Hi
I'm selling my v collection 3 licence , can you explain how I transfer the licence ,I have a steinberg key but I want to keep this as I have a halion sonic 2 licence on it too.
So basically I just want to transfer the soft licence ,
Any help would be appreciated

Send the new owners account details to registration-inquiry_at_arturia.com and they will transfer the license, at least it has worked that way in the past for me. Be sure to include all the details such as serial number/activation code/unlock code and cc the new user in on the email so they get all the details/replies too.  The new user will probably need to generate a new activation code once it's transferred.
