Bought V-Collection 3 (on 23 March 2014) but as yet no Serial Number or Activation Code received. Paid by Paypal. Called Arturia in France this morning and spoke to someone who said I would have the download email within 5 minutes - it's now 4 hours later and I've still received nothing. Have logged tech support request - no response. CAN SOMEONE HELP WITH THIS PLEASE!

I've been checking my emails every few minutes for the past 4 hours and there have been no emails from Arturia - either to my inbox or spam folder.

Anyway, I'll try the downloads now ...
