I have not received any download link or serial number for my purchase (V collection 3) .
My creditcard has been charged . Date of purchase : sunday 23th of march 18:40.

Hello.
Include me in the list of those that purchased the V Coll but did not receive the confirmation/ download instructions. (purchased date 3/22) Glad to know (somewhat) that others had the same problem and that it's being resolved. Thanks for the help.

Hello,
I also bought the V-Collection 3 on the 21th March and have still received no emails, any download link or serial number for my purchase (but I have the order ID). I paid via PayPal and the money has been deducted.

I also bought the V Collection 3.0, having been informed of the reduced price offer by an e-mail from Steinberg. That was on 21st March. The product was paid for by bank card.

Could you please send me a download link and serial number as soon as convenient. I hope you will contact me.

Same here, ordered V Collection yesterday, but no email with download links and license info. My order no is 94604. Also, I need an invoice or some other proof of purchase since I bought it for a company, can you do that?
