Arturia Minibrute defect

Hi!

I just received my MiniBrute, but it seems to be defective:

- Octave buttons don't work, and their LED lights don't light up
- Rate knob doesn't work
- Pitch Bend Range doesnt work
- Arp Tempo knob doesn't work

It sounds like there's something loose inside my Minibrute, when I tilt it.

What's wrong and what do I do?? I was so excited to get this synth, and it doesn't work as it should!!
