Oberheim SEM Can't Change Presets in Sonar 8.5

Hi...submitted a ticket #125721_XVXMBYWN

Running Sonar 8.5 64-bit version on a Win 7 64 bit machine. Oberheim SEM as a VST loads the default horn preset, but it's impossible to change presets. I can select them, but the sound remains the same and none of the knobs, etc., move on the GUI. The stand-alone version runs fine.
