Hi,

I am very disappointed that there is no immediate download after paypal payment.

If I have been aware of this before, I would have bought the boxed version in the next store.
It is the same price here as the download version.

This is sub standard, in most shops you get your link within 24 hours even on holidays or weekends.

I really would have enjoyed playing with it this weekend.
Now IŽll go to work with bad mood on monday and wait for the next weekend to have some hours for testing it.

Have you activated spam filters for mails or something similar?

Have bought Spark VDM 22 hours ago, got my order receipt from Arturia simultaneously with the paypal receipt and the mail with the auth codes just a minute later. All perfect, just like it should for an online shop...

It's more to do with mail providers, as well as spam filters. You may also have extra spam filters at server side as well as on your client machine making it double difficult.

For these types of transaction, which involve receiving back an authorisation code I would always use a cloud based email, Google, Yahoo etc

Checking spam filter is the first I have tried.
The paypal receipt came immediately, only the Arturia mail was missing.

I always use my band account for transactions like this.
Mail and website are from a very good hoster and never failed in the last 5 years.

Bought VDM on Friday and got the sn and auth code today.
So there has been some kind of delay.
I was disappointed I couldnŽt try it on the weekend, because during the week my time is very limited.

In decembre last year I completed my collection online at Arturia and purchased V Collection 2 and a few weeks later SEM and there had been no paypal option.

I had to send the money by bank transaction and it took about a week to get the codes.
So things are evolving
