today I bought an Arturia AE 49 The Laboratory and to make a test that is working, I installed and licensed the software on a PC at my office that I don't intend to use it at all (after test I erased the software).
Arriving to my studio I observed that I cannot use the serial to authorize it again so I need your help!
Please tell me what can I do to can use this beauty with my MacBookPro and don't tell me that I have to buy a dongle key, because this is hard to believe after I spent 300 euros on it!
I also sent an e-mail to your support, but the confirmation has not been delivered.
