It's a well known issue that people have to wait very long for an answer to there support requests. I am no exception and so I thought strating a poll would be a good way to attract attention. The problem is, that I could send dozen requests but as they aren't even able to answer the simplest questions, I just don't ask for support and live with the bugs.
Is this a solution? NO!
But it's unfortunately the only way to be able to not lose your head and go completetly crazy.
Something in defense of Arturia: They are not the only company that has such a weak support, but as a costumer I just want an answer or at least a reaction from the company I've supported. This is really not a proper way to treat fans and supporters!
