Spark stands here, but no authorization code!!!

 Hello....

Just bought a Spark controller with v-collection. Arrived today and I take free from the work to crank up with my new SPARK.
I tried to registrate the product but after i typed my Serial Number in:

Serial number unlock failed
Please check the following information:

Serial number
Unlock code
Product

In Demo mode i can`t use my Spark Controller...

I ask the support but nothing heard yet.
What can I do?
Had somebody the same problems?

Hello,
not sure why you are getting this message if you have selected the correct product (Spark, not Spark VDM) and entered the exact serial and unlock code. You can send them to me in a Private Message with your support case number and/or email address.

But anyway, the Spark Controller should also work when Spark software is in Demo mode.
The only limitations of Demo mode is that you can't Save, nor Import/Export.

I got the "Serial number unlock failed" because I type the code with small caps.

Once I re-typed it with Capital letters, it registered, so... maybe that's your problem too?

The Support contacts me and send me a Unlock Code (not had one on the card)
It works now!!!

When somebody reads this forum, he thinks the support is not answering and ignoring everything.
But they answered very quick, were very friendly and helpful!

Now i have little problems with the registration of the V-Collection, but i think support can handle this!

Maybe i`m just supid!
