I purchased Wurlitzer V on May 1st but cannot get it to authorise. I've tried reinstalling everything including the elicenser, tried the Recover option but always get the error:
The activation code has been used already. An activation code can be used only once to download or upgrade a license.
I've repeatedly raised technical report requests but no one has got back to me. It's been 11 days since I purchased the product and I'm still unable to use it.
