Some knobs can midi learn but don't react on midi data.

I'm trying to assign a controller to the MM. In the sequencer pane you can midi learn the knobs but some don't respond.
Everything seems to work in the sequencer pane except for the next knobs and the trigger buttons. They do have a midi learn function.

Anybody else had the same issue? I use 2.6.1 on OSX Lion.

Same issue with the Windows version :-(
