Hello I've tried 2 times to try and send a tech support request, but when I look back on my account it says I haven't sent a tech support request yet. Not only that but I've checked my email and there's nothing about a tech support request in there neither. I have emails from Arturia so I'm pretty sure I didn't send you guys the wrong email adress. Whats up with this?
