What piece of software do I need to record with?
« on: February 03, 2012, 08:41:45 am »
I've had this Arturia Spark, hoping it would record easily into something such as Pro Tools but apparently I am wrong.

What piece of software do I need to record to in order to create a mix?

Does this work with Garage Band?

Will the software programmers ever look into getting Arturia spark to record into Pro Tools 9?

Tell me what I need to do, my Spark has been sitting on my desk doing nothing but collect dust with no promises. It has a ton of potential but help me out!

What am I trying to do, say I want to make an mp3 or incorporate a beat into a video, this is all I want to do for now. Thanks!

Hi Pharrari,
what is the problem with Pro Tools?
I answered to your previous post here but you didn't give any details.
In Pro Tools the MIDI record of the pad isstill not available. We will implement this in a future update. But you can export the patterns you did. Go in the Library view, Current Project section and simply drag and drop the pattern to your MIDI tracks (you have to choose if you want to export in MIDI or un Audio in the preferences view).

Hope this helps
