I must be doing something wrong...
« on: January 20, 2012, 06:40:06 pm »
Hello

Thanks for the 1.4 update - cool sounds!

I was excited to see we can now record from the MIDI pads and the FX trackpad into our sequencer of choice (Cubase for me)

However, although it records MIDI in fine, Spark doesn't seem for react to it on playback? Originally I thought this was because it seems to record the MIDI notes out of Spark at the wrong octave - kick being C-2 instead of C3 which does trigger it. But then again, nothing seems to be correctly responding to incoming MIDI data?

Any help would be appreciated

Best
D

hi david .first  load spark with the vst instruments (f11) in devises do not use instrument track as will not work. then in the midi in /out on the left hand side select spark in and spark out
press record and it should be working also dont forget to turn host off on spark if you do not want the sequence to play

regards
