Unable to enable aftertouch option.

I'm having a hard time enabling after touch on the laboratory 61 key. I try to enable it, and even modify its values but nothing happens. I first hit the setup button on the keyboard >then I go to the after touch controls and set the mode to control >I then try to set it to a midi channel, but no matter what channel I set it to, it still goes back to channel one. > From there on I can't adjust ANY value no matter whether I turn the knob or not. This is very frustrating as one of the main reasons I bought the laboratory hybrid synthesizer is because it had after touch otherwise it is a fine midi controller.

Correct path is:

 SetUp > 6/Global

Param: AftTchCh
Value: xx

...where "xx" can be:

• 01...16: the explicit channel number
• Lwr: sends on the Lower Channel
• Upr: sends on the Upper Channel
• All: sends 2 aftertouch messages, on the Lower and Upper channels
• Pnl: sends on the Lower or Upper channel, depending which one is highlighted on the keyboard frontpanel.

Thanks alot it seemed to work, could you point me out to some patches/ presets that use this feature in the analog experience software?
