Has anyone experienced any problems with the hardware?
My Spark is randomly triggering Pad 4 when I hit other pads. So when I play the closed hats (pad 3), 50% of the time it also triggers the open hats...
The problem seems to be getting worse by day. 2 and 5 sometimes trigger pad 4 now, and even pad 1 is randomly triggering pad 4 today.
It is much worse in midi controller mode than in "Spark mode." When as a midi controller almost all the pads trigger pad 4.
I am waiting to hear from Tech support what I can do. The first recommendation was to install the latest update for both Spark software and hardware, which didn't seem to affect the problem.
Anyone experience anything like this? Is there any fix, or do I just need to get my Spark controller replaced?
