AE Lab just bought, allready registered?

Just got my AE Lab -49 delivered from Thomann.de, went to register it on the site for a e-licence, got the code card etc.. But when registering it says that the serialnumber allready is in use?.. Guess ive bought a b-stock.. but how can i re-register it!? And how can they sell a registered product that without no doubt cant work at another user?... Kinda confused right now..
