Question about roller and tune!

Hello there,

i have a snare who first pot is assign to tune. It is possible to record tune automation in the same time than a fx pad roller effect in a daw?

To make a roller effect automation , i must put just one hit of snare at the beginning of the bar, so that's why i cannot pitch up progressively the tune in the same time than the roller?

Hi ifurybeat,
I think the latch mode of the Roller is your friend.
Right click on the Roller button then select Latch.
Choose your quantization on the Roller. Then you just have to press the snare pad to have your Roll without pressing the FX pad.
Don't forget to disable it after (or don't forget that Latch mode is ON).
