Automation Fx Pad Host Mode!

Hello there,

i just received my spark today, great machine.

Maybe it's a noob question but i found only a strange way to work with fx pad automation ( slicer, roller) in cubase 6. Here's the case:

I dragged a couple of midi pattern in cubase.
I recorded some slicer automations on these midi patterns.
Everything is ok but i must select an empty pattern on spark if i want to listen to the result because if i don't do that, the last pattern of the midi track continue to play even if i don't have any midi notes in cubase.
I want spark stop playing when no midi is present in cubase track.
It's working in non host mode but not the automation.

Hope you understand what i mean.

Hi,
you can try to set the "Host" button OFF. When it is ON, Spark follows the host transport.
I think it should solve your problem.

thanks for the fast reply.

Like i said in the first topic, i know the spark pattern stop with host disabled but the slicer automation doesn't work in that case.
