I could not trace any inquiry at the Technical Support desk. Where did you write exactly?
Anyway, the previous user should have deleted his registration.
If not, two options:
1. connect to your account, click "Authorization troubleshooting", then "Activation Support Request", fill the form and we'll process it asap.
2. send me a *private* message with your serial and unlock couple, I will check this in our database and get back to you asap.
