Hi this may be a user forum but your tech staff has a obligation to the buying customers that buy your products which seems to have many technical issues that arturia must solve in order to make customers happy and to establish a strong customer base.  ::)

Hi majestic_sea,
All technical support inquiries shall be done through your Arturia account. There are usually processed within hours, considering the timezone. We daily deal with dozens of users cases, and always find a solution for them at some point.
Hope this helps to make users (and not only customers) happy! :)
