Analog Player authorisation problem in ProTools HD 9

Hi
I have tghe problem running Analog Player 2.5 in PT HD. At the end of startup I get the window stating: PT could not load Analog Player.dpm either because no valid authorization could be found...
Tried already on both of my MACs and PC laptop... Arturia did not respond to my email
Any clue anybody?

Sorry, no solution for you, just letting you know I have the same problem. I'll contact Arturia tech support, and if that doesn't work, I'll just return it. Life is too short.
