I am new here, so please go easy
I have just purchased the prophet V and was SO excited to be able to get my free Jupiter Synth.... however when i try and redeem it, the promotional code is too long and doesnt fit into the space provided. I know that sounds really weird, but it is simply too long to input.
I was very much looking forward to getting the free synth, so if someone could please help me out that would be awesome.
