after using this thing for a day,it started crashing all the time and the volumes on all pads became really low where i couldnt even hear anything,i tried to do an update and now the hardware is stuck in updater mode and ive done everything trying to fix it..this thing is garbage!! buy maschine before you ever buy this.i have maschine and never had any problems..fuck you arturia you released a product that wasnt meant to be released yet..assholes!!!

Give the support department some time and they will help you as they obliged to.
Did you thought that you might have done something wrong? It happens to all of us
sometimes you know...
Ask for help politely and people will guide you to solve the issues you're facing with the unit,
until you get the official support.
The way you came here and expressed your frustration is a childish behavior at least...
Spark is a huge and very complex project with a passionate team behind it who worked very hard to make this happen. I saw the evolvement of it since the start of the beta program and
it was amazing how fast some very big bugs were fixed. There are some parts that need fine tuning, some features to be added and maybe some incompatibilities as on every software in version 1.xx, that is a fact.
I use Spark everyday and it's fun and intuitive way to create beats, maybe i know what i'm
doing or i'm a very lucky guy with it, but it's working.
So, calm down as JacksonP recommended and you might get some attention from members willing to help you.
