Unable to Authorize ARP and MINIMg...PLEASE HELP

I bought the Laboratory yesterday. I registered the software and was able to activate however almost 48 hours I still cannot get an activation code for the ARP and MINI. Antoine had emailed me back and said to delete the synths I installed then try again..still no luck! Really want to know whats going on?? Please help!

still unable to authorize...have owned this for over a week and cannot use the mini Mg or arp2600v due to not being able to authorize..

heard from antoine, followed his steps, still not working...VERY FRUSTRATING.

anyone else with this problem that has resolved it please let me know...
