i cannot plugin Storm 1.5.1 Player Edition on FL Studio412

i cannot plugin Storm 1.5.1 Player Edition on FL Studio412 but i can use it on another host... i post it at FL Studio Tech Support and they say this:

2. I open FL Studio

10. I press play and... i cannot hear Storm...

11. I try the same at SONG mode and ... no, i cannot hear it

what am I doing wrong Elke?

Hey!

Is this a real support??? if you cannot give me at decent reply, please admite it... then I look for another solution. FL Studio Team try it, but, why didn't you try it?

I was planning upgrade it (ReWired with FL Studio, your synths are great), but when i see the support...

Please, solve this problem or try it
