Authorization issue / reply awaiting

Hi there, my case 92271 is still open and after an initial email I haven't heard back from support at all. I'm also waiting for registration codes (through the audiomidi.com Buy 1 Get 2 free deal) and I haven't got a single reply to that request.

What's going on?

Sorry, it seems you already received 3 activation codes:
1 Jupiter-8V2 and 2 Analog Factory 2.5
We are contacting you via email to clarify and correct this issue.

Hi,

i don't mean to hijack the post but i have a similar problem. I also bought the audiomidi buy 1 get 2 free, i received the activation codes i tried to register One using the appropriate codes from the email, then i was asked to choose the synth of choice ( i chose Arp2600 since i know it already) - even passed the activation code in my dongle - but all this without any software installed, simply cos i don't  how to get it, download it. What am i supposed to do. I wrote a tech support message already. .

I too purchased the but 1 get 2 free from audiomidi.
The email from audiomidi gave me two codes and said that I have to send my receipt to arturia to get the third code. Is that right?
I already sent my receipt, so I'm just wondering how long will I be waiting to get my third code?

hey, o.s,

could you please share some info on how did you get the installers? i dunno if you read my post- it's just above yours - my problem is kinda ridiculous, i have received the 2 codes, (haven't emailed arturia.us for the 3rd one yet). i've even chosen Arp2600 as my first app but i have no software, how can i get it? plz shed some light while you may.cheers

Hi van.
The email I got had two serials with unlock codes and explained that the third serial/code was to be sent by Arturia once they receive my proof of purchase.
It also explained that I had to go to http://www.arturia.com/register to collect the downloads.
The Arturia registration process asks for the serials/codes and then lets you select your products.
After that you get the download links and activation codes.

priceless, although i've obviously been in the registration area, i must have missed a click. ::)

Please understand that the 3rd codes are administered by Arturia US, and that last week was Thanksgiving, which means our California office was closed from Wednesday Nov 24 evening until Monday Nov 29.
All requests received during this time are now being processed.
