No activation code after reselling.

I have reselled my JP-8V included a BOGOF Arp 2600V. I deleted my registration on this website. The new owner hast tried to install the software but when he tried to register, an error occured saying "Activation Code already used". The new owner has no dongle where to transfer licenses from one computer to another.
What can I do?
