I agree. It's frustrating when you pay for software while others rip off the software company. I just ordered and paid for the V2 Collection and am awaiting it's arrival myself.
The part I find interesting though, is that most pirates wouldn't give you $10 for software they can download for free. So how is this guy selling the copies for money? Then again he only has 137 feedbacks. Either way he should be shut down and yes, he's still in operation. I just went and looked. I also find it interesting that those that were dumb enough to buy from him posted feedback as well, so EBay could not only bust the pirate, but all those that bought the hacked software off him.
