hi all,

I bought the arp2600 box and installation and registration went smoothly. However I am having big probs finishing the buy 1 get 1 free offer. I followed all the instructions and went through the registration process only to get to then end an be told that an email will be sent shorlty with info and dowload link (hopefully). But it hasn't arrived. I tried the whole process again only to get the same result. What's going on?
