How to maximize AF on Mac OSX Lion

Hi all:

I just successfully moved from Windows to Mac!
Thing is, my Analog Factory and Oberheim SEM V ran maximized in Windows, but I'm so new to Mac that I don't see how to maximize these in OSX Lion.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
