Dongle download problems - no help from Arturia

I bouht the V collection recently and all installed and worked Ok.
Then I downloaded the latest versions from the website and the first updated one I installed was ARP2600V. This has to be authorised on the dongle, so I got my activation code from the website. The download of the licence onto the dongle started Ok, but only got about half way and then aborted with an error message (something to do with using a master rather than slave). Whe I then tried to download the licence again, it told me that the activation key has already been used and I can't use it again.
So nothing I can do now. I have e-mailed Arturia support on 1 March, but so far no reply. Pretty useless as I have paid lots of money for software I can't use.

Use the "Recover" button on the eLCC main interface.
