I too am not able to log on to Arturia's site. I had to reinstall my OS and my eLicense disappeared. I have asked for a new password to be sent many times, but although the window pops up saying "Check your email for instructions," I never get the email. I have checked and rechecked my spam filters, but they are not the cause of the lack of email from Arturia.
