no response from sales dept.

:cry: I ordered my miniMg back on 2-25-04 and arturia charged my card, but I have still not recieved my software.  Does anybody have any hints on who to contact to resolve this issue.  I have emailed the sales dept. but have had no response.  I wouldn't think that this company would be trying to rip people off, but am growing wary.

Should have gone through a vendor like AMS, Musician's Friend, or Sweetwater. They'll let you know if it's in stock, and if it's not available for shipment (back ordered or such) they won't charge your credit card until it shios. Also, they're cheaper than going direct to a manufacturer's/programmer's website store.
