How much does Analog Factory 1 to 2 (software-only) upgrade cost?

I haven't been able to find this info on Arturia's site.

I found a cheap copy of Analog Factory 1.

I'm thinking to buy it and upgrade to version 2, software-only.

How much does that upgrade cost? And how is it done?

At Arturia's, updates & upgrades generally are free of charge: "pay once, use it all lifetime".
Upgrade should not be more difficult than downloading and installing from the Updates page.
