I am trying to get status update I wrote support back in June to get help with the AF software crashing my Cubase program. All of my software is completely legal and up to date with latest patches Please look through my case and provide some help please. Last I heard My case was being transferred to AF developers and I never heard back? That was June 28th. I haven't been able to use my AF product in months Please assist! I wouldn't want to have to come to HQ in westlake Village and get some help..
I live in Ventura down the road..
