SUSTAIN PEDAL DOES NOT WORK

I JUST LOAD JUPITER, I HAVE 10 OTHER STAND ALONE VIRTUAL INSTRUMENT AND MY SUSTAIN PEDAL WORKS WITH ALL OF THEM EXCEPT JUPITER, DO I NEED TO CHANGE SOME SETTING, I'VE BEEN THRU MANUAL AND KEPBOARD AND CANNOT FIND A SETTING.

The original synth had the "Hold" pedal input.
So try to assign "Hold Low" and/or "Hold Up" buttons to the sustain pedal ('Learn' function is your friend, or CC#64 for manual setting).
Assigning is done through Ctrl+click on Windows, or Command+click on Mac, as your favorite user's manual said.
Works great here.
